1 cup sugar
11/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

¾ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 egg, beaten
11/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
